  upgrade aborted check internet connection or installation media

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Could not download upgrades. the upgrade is aborted check internet
  connection or intallation media. I have ADSL. It is 24 HRS live
  internet, so can not be internet connection. Don't know what is meant
  by installation media?
