Without the items being radio items, how will the users be able to see
which section do they see? I think the radio item usage is appropriate
here, could you specify why do you consider otherwise? I agree that
there is a problem, by default nothing is selected, but by changing the
radio items to normal menu items the user will not be able to tell the
current list's origin.

Title:
[GTK3] Items in "Installed" menu are radio items
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
software-center-gtk3 trunk r2172, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. From the "Installed" menu, choose any of the items.
2. Click "All Software".
3. Open the "Installed" menu again.
What you see: One of the menu items has a radio mark • next to it.
What you should see: No radio mark. The menu items should all be
normal items, not radio items.
