Without the items being radio items, how will the users be able to see
which section do they see? I think the radio item usage is appropriate
here, could you specify why do you consider otherwise? I agree that
there is a problem, by default nothing is selected, but by changing the
radio items to normal menu items the user will not be able to tell the
current list's origin.

Bug description:
  software-center-gtk3 trunk r2172, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. From the "Installed" menu, choose any of the items.
  2. Click "All Software".
  3. Open the "Installed" menu again.

  What you see: One of the menu items has a radio mark • next to it.

  What you should see: No radio mark. The menu items should all be
  normal items, not radio items.
