Use the smime option this gives most of what cms does, the only things
are to do with multiple signers and esoteric things like that. The
options for openssl smime are almost exactly;y the same as from cms.

  As of 0.9.8h, CMS has been disabled by default. Please recompile
  openssl with "./config enable-cms".
