[Bug 831911] [NEW] Apps for purchase section appears empty.

Public bug reported:

The paid apps section in my software centre is empty. Searching for
games I know exist in the paid section comes up with no results, and I
am therefore unable to buy anything from this section. I have all Ubuntu
repositories enabled except natty-backports.

I have also replicated this on my laptop, which has the same
repositories enabled and apps installed.
