[Bug 831649] [NEW] Manual partitioning not possible with ubiquity 2.7.15

Public bug reported:

I've been following up on a few ubiquity bugs and I noticed the FFE bug
825274 so I decided to perform some tests. As mentioned there you've
made some really great progress but I notice one serious regression.

If you choose the "something else" option it's really impossible to
progress beyond that. If you select a "free-space" or an existing
partition it's not possible to "change" it (see the screenshot at post
#10 in bug 825274).

To reproduce just try the "use as" option after clicking on change. Or
if using free space and clicking on add you'll also find "use as"
borked.

I hope I did this half way right, I'm super tired.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
