Finally I solved the problem, was a small fragment of the Ubuntu CD's ISO that did not download good. But there is still something to report ... KompoZer has a dependency that there is this:
http://ve.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/nspr/libnspr4-0d_4.8.7-0ubuntu1_i386.deb

But the libnspr's version that exist is
http://ve.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/nspr/libnspr4-0d_4.8.7-0ubuntu3_i386.deb

  and many others have all broken dependencies or say that will be
  installed, etc. In addition to all packets of translations, are
