  Unable to pause downloding of package

Status in The synaptic package manager:

Status in “synaptic” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When I try to Install any package from Synaptic then I can only see
  one button - "Cancel".. There is no way I can pause "downloading
  Package Files"
