[Bug 826132] [NEW] memtest causes reboot on sandy bridge cpu, version in lucid too old

Public bug reported:

If I choose to run  memtest86+ from my Lucid install, it causes the
system to reboot. Version included in Lucid in 4.00 and sandy bridge
support was added in version 4.20.
