It is possible to attach more than one file to the bug report after you
file it by clicking the "Add attachment" link under "Bug attachments",
which is under the list of who is subscribed to the bug.

Can you please attempt to run the installer again? If it fails can you
please try and attach both of the requested files to this bug (they will
be in the filesystem on the device you are trying to install from)?
