[Bug 824876] [NEW] Convert misses some elements in SVG files

I am batch converting SVG files to PNG. The output is incorrect, some
graphical elements are missing in the resulting image. eog displays the
same SVG file correctly.

Command:
convert countries/China.svg -resize 350x350 png:x.png
