Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Not sure if this belogs to synaptic, maybe?

  The package download dialog in update-manager does not have a minimize
  button in the window frame, nor does it get minimized automagically,
  when the update-manager main window is minimized.

  It does have a maximize button, though, which is at least unnecessary.
  (It doesn't hurt anyone, though.)
