Bug description:
Since April 2009, the spawn-fcgi binary has been split out in Debian
from the cherokee and lighttpd packages. The packages in Jaunty and
Karmic already manifest the bug. I'll link the relevant Debian issue.

This results in both these webservers missing FCGI support, as they
depend on spawn-fcgi being installed in order to work correctly.

Simply importing the package from Debian should make everything okay
again, plus having both lighttpd and cherokee recommending it (it
  isn't mandatory).

Please also note that command-not-found incorrectly reports spawn-fcgi
as being part of the aforementioned packages; it should be updated to
  fix this.

I'll list three packages for this bug, because all three need
  tweaking: cherokee, lighttpd and command-not-found.
