Title:
  apt-get source: support selection by distribution

Status in “apt” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in “apt” package in Debian:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apt

  While specifying a distribution for apt-get install is supported (e.g.
  "apt-get install duplicity/gutsy"), it is not supported for apt-get
  source yet:

  $ apt-get source duplicity/gutsy
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree
  Reading state information... Done
  E: Unable to find a source package for duplicity/gutsy

  A workaround for this is using "apt-cache madison <package>" and then
  requesting a specific version, which is supported (e.g. "apt-get
  source duplicity=0.4.2-16ubuntu1").
