Title:
update-manager no longer shows packager name in changelog

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Since approximately when update-manager was ported to gtk3, update-
manager no longer shows the packager name and date in the changelog
section. If this is a design decision, I'd at least like the ability
to change a setting to turn this back on. I prefer to use update-
manager to install updates while I use the development release but I
really want/need to know who was responsible for a change or an
update. It's both a matter of trust and a matter of learning who the
  active Debian/Ubuntu packagers are.

If this is not fixed, I'll either have to use Synaptic or apt-get
  changelog to get this information.
