Bug description:
this bug appears when there is a "partitial upgrade" availible and you click close and than exit the update-manager..
Maybe my packages are strange, because calling "apt-get dist-upgrade" things like ubuntu-desktop and ubuntu-standard would get removed and a lot of KDE packages get installed...
