Hi! Please launch software-center and browse to 'edit' > 'software
sources' in the menu and untick the cd/dvd entry if you wish not to
install software from the cd.

  Binary package hint: software-center

  when i am trying to install some programmes it is asking to "Please
  insert the above CD/DVD into the drive '/cdrom/' to install software
  packages from it."  I could not resolve the problem..
