[Bug 666605] Re: inconsistent capitalization and punctuation

Is there an existing standard when it comes to capitalization and
punctuation in application entries?

This isn't really an issue in app-install-data-ubuntu, which only
aggregates metadata that exists in the ubuntu archive. To fix this we
need to modify the .desktop files in all inconsistent debian packages.
