[Bug 821445] [NEW] Casper fails to install on 10.04.3

Not sure whether this is casper or rather dpkg/apt. Either way, here is
what happens.

I installed lupin-casper and it failed to install casper on which it
depends. The failure manifests as follows:

Now when I try to force a resolution of the problem, I get this:
