Title:
  Give clear instructions in update-manager

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
When the /var/lib/apt/periodic/update-success-stamp file is not found,
update-manager displays the following message: "It is unknown when the
package information was updated last. Please try clicking on the
'Check' button to update the information."

I think that the instruction given here should be more clear, and the user should not be instructed to "try clicking on the 'Check' button ... " but should be instructed to "Please click the 'Check' button to update the information"
