Thanks for your bugreport. I looked over the report and it appears that
the problem is that during the upgrade calculation lbqapt-runtime keeps
libpolkit-qt-1-0 on the machine. But that causes problems later on as
kdebase-runtime can not be upgraded.

It seems like this is causes by the following package:

Investigating (0) libqapt-runtime [ amd64 ] < 1.1.3-0ubuntu1~maverick1~ppa2 > ( kde )
Broken libqapt-runtime:amd64 Depends on libp

Could you please remove the "libqapt-runtime" package that comes from a
PPA (or downgrade it and its dependencies) and try the upgrade again?
