Title:
Lubuntu size requierement is too high

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Using Lubuntu Oneiric ISO 2011/08/01

Currently, Ubiquity asks for 4.6 Gb of free space to install Lubuntu.
It's a bit too much, because the filesystem is only 2.3 Gb, and
Lubuntu is used on devices which only have 4 Gb of hard disk.

For the record, the change which increased the size requierement : http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-installer/ubiquity/trunk/revision/4653
One possible solution is too add a special case for Lubuntu to not x2 the size requierement of the filesystem.
