It is already reported in bug 315865 and set to "Won't fix" for Ubuntu.
I'm not setting as duplicate if you want to investigate a solution with
Ubiquity.

Title:
Logging out of the live session of kubuntu prompts to "abort active
  sessions"

Status in “kde-workspace” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
In testing Kubuntu Desktop 11.10 amd64 Alpha 3 candidate live session,
I was presented with a scary sounding prompt when restarting:

  http://ubuntuone.com/p/18CR/

  Restart Computer
  Abort active sessions:
  ubuntu: TTY login
  ubuntu: TTY login
  ...

I had not logged into any VTs or connected to the system in any way
other than the live X session.

I understand the intent of the warning, but I think it might not make
as much sense to someone not very familiar with Linux or Kubuntu.
