[Bug 820666] [NEW] Oneiric live CD/DVD can only be rebooted via cli

Public bug reported:

I'm iso-testing 20110803.1-i386 and now I can not even reboot by logging
out and clicking restart from the login screen.

AFAIK the only way to reboot the live CD is via cli which must be
mentioned in the release notes!

Please re bug 815077 and bug 750140.
