Title:
  Installer Crashes on Install

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I attempted two installs, both appear to fail about the same place,
  the first as just an "install" from the 11.04 Natty A3 CD which
  returned me to the deskop at the time of the crash with just a couple
  of icons on the desktop but no panel icons or choices.  I ran the
  install icon on the desktop, it recognized that the install failed and
  gave me the choice to erase and reinstall, which also  failed.
  Attaching the requested syslog and partman files (before rebooting).
  After a normal reboot (less CD in drive), the system fails to reboot.
