I can confirm this on MSI Wind U100 netbook with a 1.6 Ghz Intel Atom
processor using Ubuntu 11.04 with 2.6.38-8 kernel.

  Binary package hint: apt-xapian-index

  A background silent update process shouldn't use 98% CPU. It makes
