No restart menu item (no way to restart the system from desktop)  in
Oneiric daily build live cd and restart is not working at login screen
(choosing 'Restart' does nothing)

  ISO Testing: Ubuntu Desktop i386 20110418

  There's no restart and shutdown menu on the live session. It's inconsistent and sometimes the menu are there.
  Test done a real hardware.

  TEST CASE:
  1. Burn a desktop ISO to a USB key,
  2. Boot to a live session from the key

  Result:
  On the top right menu the items are:
  Suspend
  Hibernate
  System Settings

  No restart or shutdown.
