  * Remove rdesktop.sh from ltsp-client-core (no longer exists)
  * Add nbd-update-config to /usr/share/ltsp/scripts/
  * Set NBD_NAMED to 1 in ltsp-update-image.conf

Bug description:
  ltsp-update-kernels does not remove older abi and vmcoreinfo files in
  the TFTP server boot directory (ex: /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386).

  This is the case on Lucid (at least).
