Thank you for taking the time to improve Ubuntu. I have checked on Natty (ubuntu 11.04) and the do-release-upgrade script is translatable, appeared as translated to me. Do you still experience this problem? If yes, could you please attach the output of the command "apt-cache show update-manager|grep ^Version" without the quotes?

Title:
  Make do-release-upgrade translateable

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I did not find any info about this script so I think it is an Ubuntu script. Why don't you make do-release-upgrade translateable?
  Thank you
