[Bug 819201] [NEW] [Oneiric A2] update manager download details window too small

Public bug reported:

When running updates, if you click on the details drop-down to show
files being downloaded the displayed window is much too small. Only
part of one line can be seen initially, and the main focus is not wholly
on file being downloaded at the moment. The details window can be
resized, but the initial default size looks silly since you can't
actually get any useful information until the window is made larger.

I've been "bugged" by this bug since the natty alphas.

My current test bed is virtual box, mostly running default 1024x768
resolution but the problem occurs at higher resolutions and in metal
installs.
