  * Revert "enable lldb on s390x too, it builds fine now there"
    - this has a bad side effect, also enabling lld on s390x, but it isn't
      built there, so Britney doesn't allow migration
  * Split instead the configuration into EXTRA_SUPPORTED and LLD_SUPPORTED
