ltp-disc-test - Disk I/O tests for the Linux Test Project

Changes:
 ltp (20060918-2ubuntu3) feisty; urgency=low
 .
   * Fix the hideous debian/rules to actually call the binary install target
for the ltp-commands-test package, so that it does not end up being empty.
This fixes the FTBFS on the buildds at the same time (where
     pkg-create-dbgsym catches this bug).
   * Add debian/patches/050_buildfixes.patch: Create the bin directory before
     installing stuff into it.
   * debian/control: Fix maintainers according to
     https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianMaintainerField.
