   * Add debian/patches/02_network_method_ipv4ll.patch:
     - Support a new network interface configuration method 'ipv4ll', add
       parsing support for Debian, and export it to liboobs accordingly
       (OOBS_METHOD_IPV4LL, code 3).
     - See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ZeroConfNetworking spec for details.
   * debian/system-tools-backends.prerm: Stop daemon on upgrade, so that it
     will be started in the postinst again.
   * debian/system-tools-backends.postinst: Ignore errors from ps when the pid
     file content is invalid.
   * Add debian/system-tools-backends.preinst: Stop daemon on upgrades from an
     earlier version than this one, so that we get restart behaviour for those
     upgrades, too.
   * debian/rules: Set administrative group to 'root', so that only frontends
     running as root can connect. The previous setting 'admin' didn't ask for
     the user's password, which opened it to virus/trojan horses attacks.
