Phuntsok, I'd been told that the connection between the server and the switch should be at gigabit speed and that between the thin clients and the switch can be 100Mbps links. This makes sense since the server needs to send and receive a lot of traffic. That said, I've been not been able to get my LTSP setup and a (non-managed) gigabit switch to work at that speed; the thin clients are not able to boot from the server. Gavin, I'd be real interested in hearing about your LTSP performance when it's up and running the 30-40 users. Scott
