ltsp-pnp boot issues (Jim Christiansen) - Back again

OK.  I've got the ltsp-pnp server functioning in a virtualbox vm on our
school 14.04 host.  It turns out that setting the nic in virtualbox to
promiscuous mode and allow all has smartened things up.

Also, I've installed xbuntu and xfce and now have a functioning client
environment.

Thanks David Gross.  I've found the same trouble with the gnome bar...  I
hope that xubuntu works better!
