No. From the ltsp-pnp wiki page
(https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP/ltsp-pnp#Generating_the_client_image):

> After the initial installation, and also any time that you have
> server updates (new software etc) that you want to push to your
> clients, you need to run the following command:

> ltsp-update-image --cleanup /

A single command is all that is needed to send updates to thin/fat clients.
