64bit with 32bit clients

Jordan, what you are using?
i386 or AMD64/x86_64 on Xeon or similar 64-bit servers?

I really like to hear that - your experiences in school environment.

I wonder when I change all my four servers to the next LTS (10.04) next 
summer, should I go with 64-bit? They are all Xeon based.
