Students in K12ltsp lab can't use vnc to access ubuntu ltsp server desktop

Also-

The error message we get when tryong to connect from K12ltspel5 to the
ubuntu ltsp server is:

"No matching security types"

And, connecting from and ubuntu box to an el5 server works but ubuntu to
ubuntu gives an error of:

"Connected to RFB server, using protocol version 3.8
Server did not offer supported security type"
