I have very powerful servers, actually two of them, but thin clients are
not - HP T5125/T5135 - Via based...

So I have these lines in lts.conf.

[default]
X_COLOR_DEPTH=16
LDM_DIRECTX=True
X_RAMPERC=80

X_COLOR_DEPTH=16 - This helps graphics
LDM_DIRECTX=True - Only LDM/login is in ssh pipe
X_RAMPERC=80 - Any program can't take all the memory

My network is Gigabit all the way...

I did use Cacti earlier, but it did not tell to me anything new -
FF/Flash/Java is what it is - so I do not have Cacti anymore.

But as Steven Williamson says - get facts out of your network - Cacti is
good for that. It is very easy to install.
