It means that the Ubuntu revision number has increased. It is the same
upstream code (1.0.9.1) but each time Ubuntu modifications are made
the 0ubuntuX is bumped up. The "0" part is the Debian revision. A
Debian revision number of 0 means that the particular upstream version
is not in Debian (at least Debian is not the origin of the package
yet). Hope that explains it OK.
