Sabayon developments

Sabayon work continues apace, for those interested.

My PPA's got a new (2.27) upstream version that looks to be a lot closer to
what we need.  I'm still having issues with saving panel changes, but it
launches, and certain parts of profiles (gconf changes, icons on the desktop,
etc.) *DO* get saved and applied.

As always, testing and bug reports are good.
