Is it just me, or is LTSP a mess?

Where did you find version 0.9.2? I only ever found this link:
http://www.morokeni.ch/edubuntu/gnome-watchdog_0.9_i386.deb

Does this version work with Hardy and do I have to do anything special to
get it to work? I tried installing the older version, but it didn't seem to
do anything.
