Oups, Sorry "fuse" group has number 106.

The plugdev group is used when inserting usb keys to the server.

Did you put something in :
/var/lib:tftpboot.ltsp/i386/lts.conf

Normally, LOCALDEV = True 
if nothing special is set.

Did you notice a "fuse" related error in the system's logs ?
