game (clown) for very young children?

Another list has an enquiry for a game which exists, but has been lost 
touch with.
It reacts when the keyboard is hit ('bashed' - we are talking less 
than 2 years old here)

The features are described:

'It really was fun to see my eldest bashing away at the keyboard making
the clown spin his bow-tie and making the flower spurt water all over
the clown's face!'

Does any one know of this game and its availability?
