package ?
actually installing that and the xorg-driver-fglrx in the chroot,
running ltsp-update-kernels once and setting XSERVER=fglrx in lts.conf
should suffice for what you want to achieve.
note that fglrx as well as the nvidia driver replace the gl libraries
with their own versions, so you wont be able to use that particular
chroot with another card if you require 3D support.
