advice needed on best way to handle pdf printing

Hi all,

When kids open up pdfs from the web using evince and then choose to
print them they are offered two choices

1) "print to file"
2) print to the printer

Invariably half the kids click "print to file" and then wonder where
their printout went. Is there a way to remove this option, or at least
change its order. I tried to use sabayon for this and found out the
hard way that sabayon isn't compatible with Edubuntu 7.04

Alternatively is there another pdf reader that folks are using. I
tried xpdf but the user needs to specify the lpr path and that's too
complicated for this group.
