It is only one deb-file:

1.
ltsp at ltsp5:/root$ sudo wget http://pulseaudio.vdbonline.net/libflashsupport/libflashsupport_1.0~2219-1_i386.deb

2.
ltsp at ltsp5:/root$ sudo dpkg -i libflashsupport_1.0~2219-1_i386.deb

Then just reboot your thin client.
