where to get a clear view of if Gutsy is worth upgrading to.

This is a business situation. Fiesty is working fine but improved
1. Speed
2. Printing
3. Login
4. Multimedia

Are some areas Gutsy seems to help with.
Is it ready though for business yet to upgrade the LTSP Fiesty to this?
And will flash work?
