Edubuntu Torrent problems?

My connection to the tracker seems to be up currently (3/26/07 15:07 UTC).
I'm seeding, and no one is connected to me though.

the subsequent torrent file does not seem to yield a connection:
the tracker reports
could not connect to host torrent.ubuntu.com (port 6969)

any comments please?


note1:
I usually am able to act as a seed for edubuntu torrents, and other 
files too. Non ubuntu torrents seem to be functioning ok.
