OK, I have recently mentioned setting up an Edubuntu server/client system
and donating it to a local School. Well the idea has grow faster than the
project. I have people asking me about it, the hardware and system. I have a
couple of places donating old hardware. This "project is starting off good
and all I did was throw an idea out!
So now my questions:
One school (the first I plan to help is Kindergarden classes. They said
they may be interested in 5 or 6 units. But I do not have any idea how to
make a presentation. What programs should I focus on? Are there plug ins or
addons or extra software that may be of use here?
I am not real familiar with Edubuntu and I am not sure which path to take.
This project could really be helpful and pleasing to me because first it
will benefit Ubuntu(Edu/Linux and second (more importantly) it will benefit
our children.
Where can I find out more about how to set up courses, classes, and
testing?
Thanks for any guidance and assistance.
