user accounts missing?

1. Start a terminal
2. Run:
	gksudo users-admin
3. Try doing it again, watch for errors printed to the command line.
4. Look in the following files for errors:
	- /var/log/syslog
	- /var/log/messages
	- /var/log/auth.log
